Under Chapter III of the GDPR, you have the right to: i. obtain information about personal data processing activities, ii. access your personal data and the processing activities, iii. request rectification of your personal data, iv. request erasure of your personal data (right to be forgotten), v. request restriction of processing of your personal data, vi. request notification to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred regarding rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, vii. request the transfer of your personal data to another controller (right to data portability), viii. object to processing, and ix. not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
